This website is operated by Two Brothers from Italy Restaurant, Inc., located at 128 W Park Ave, Elmhurst, IL 60126. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Two Brothers Ristorante & Pizzeria.

By accessing our website and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions, including any additional policies referenced herein.

2. Ordering & Delivery

• Orders placed online are for pickup, local delivery, or national shipping (where applicable).

• All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

• It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure accurate delivery information is provided. We are not liable for delays or lost deliveries due to incorrect information.

3. No Return / No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products (including food and perishable items), all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed, except in cases where the wrong item was delivered or the product was not as described. In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product at: tbfirestaurant@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of your product.

4. Shipping

For non-local orders shipped via USPS:

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the carrier.

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the website.
